Golgy

We are building in-silico drug screening at single-cell resolution.

Given a cell type and a compound, Golgy predicts the transcriptional response before the experiment is run. We start with single compounds and are expanding toward combinations — the hardest unsolved case in the field, and the one combination therapy screening needs most.

Our goal is simple: every lab should be able to screen computationally, not just those with machine learning teams and GPU clusters. Predictions are hypotheses to test, not replacements for experiments, and we are honest about where the models are guessing.
